Syrups

Once you’ve got to grips with making simple syrups it’s really easy to turn those skills to making all sorts of flavoured syrups.

Anything you can turn into a liquid, you can turn into a syrup! Fresh juices, brewed teas, infusions, plant-based milks, the options are incredibly varied.

It’s a great way to introduce flavour to a cocktail and put a simple twist on your favourite classic. Drinks like the classic Collins offer a limitless number of variations. Imagine replacing the traditional sugar syrup with a fresh ginger syrup, a tea syrup or maybe a fruity raspberry syrup.

Have fun and get creative!
