  • 60 ml IRISH WHISKEY (2 parts)
  • 30 ml AMONTILLADO SHERRY (1 part)
  • 15 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE (1/2 part)
  • 20 ml BLACKBERRY PRESERVE (2/3 parts)

How to make it

  • 1 – Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Use a spoon to ensure the jam/conserve is well dissolved into the ingredients before adding ice.
  • 2 – Fill the shaker with ice and give a long hard shake.
  • 3 – Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
  • 4 – Garnish with a blackberry and serve.
