This Fluffy Lemon Drop is the ultimate Lemon Drop variation. The classic Lemon Drop cocktail, if made well, is a simple little ‘sour’ cocktail. Essentially a Margarita that switches out lime and tequila for vodka and lemon, whilst keeping the orange liqueur for sweetness.
We’ve taken that concept and ramped things up a notch. Switching out the triple sec for Italian limoncello and adding a whole egg to create both a fluffy light texture and a rich lemony body that turns this drink into the best lemon meringue pie you never knew you needed!
Ingredients
- 30 ml VODKA (1 part)
- 22.5 ml LEMON JUICE (3/4 part)
- 15 ml LIMONCELLO (1/2 part)
- 1 WHOLE EGG

How to make it
- 1 – Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- 2 – Shake hard without ice to fluff up the ingredients.
- 3 – Fill the shaker with ice, and now shake the ingredients for a second time.
- 4 – Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
- 5 – Garnish and serve.
