Gin Fizz

The Gin Fizz is a refreshing, effervescent, citrusy drink that’s often overlooked in favour of more flashy versions such as the Ramos Gin Fizz. It’s a simple formula that, once mastered, can be adapted in an unlimited number of ways. However, before you do that, get the classic perfected. 

With more sparkling water than a Collins for a fizzier experience. It’s also served ice cold with no ice for a bright refreshing little drink that gets thrown back like a short cold beer. Ingredients 

  • 60 ml GIN (2 parts)
  • 20 ml LEMON JUICE (2/3 part)
  • 10 ml SUGAR SYRUP (1/3 part)
  • 120 ml SPARKLING WATER (4 parts)

How to make it

  • 1 – Add all ingredients, except for sparkling water to a shaker.
  • 2 – Fill shaker with ice and give a short sharp shake then strain into a small, narrow, tall glass.
  • 3 – Add sparkling water.
  • 4 – Garnish and serve.
