
The creator of the Hanky Panky cocktail is one of the first female bartenders to get her work recognized. Created by Ada Coleman, known as “Coley” by her regulars at the American Bar in London’s Savoy Hotel. She was the first female head bartender, running the show between 1903 and 1925.

- 45 ml GIN (1 1/2parts)
- 45 ml SWEET VERMOUTH (1 1/2 parts)
- 7.5 ml FERNET BRANCA (1/4 part)

How to make it
- 1 – Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- 2 – Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir ingredients together.
- 3 – Stir until ingredients are icy cold and just enough water has been added from ice-melt to fully open flavours.
- 4 – Strain into glass.
- 5 – Garnish with a twist of orange and serve!
