H’s Apricot Margarita

We reworked the classic Margarita formula to create H’s Apricot Margarita for a family wedding in the South of France. Oooh la la!

  • 60 ml BLANCO TEQUILA (2 parts)
  • 20 ml FRESH LIME JUICE (2/3 part)
  • 30 ml APRICOT PRESERVE (1 part)
  • 1 Pinch SEA SALT

How to make it

  • 1 – Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Use a spoon to ensure the jam/conserve and salt are well dissolved into the ingredients before adding ice.
  • 2 – Fill the shaker with ice and give a long hard shake.
  • 3 – Fine strain into a lowball glass then fill with cubed ice.
  • 4 – Garnish with a dried apricot and a lime wheel.
