Indian Summer Punch

The Indian Summer Punch cocktail recipe is a refreshing and spicy little number that allows you to pick the base spirit you want to mix it with. You can also enjoy it straight, as a delicious non-alcoholic refresher.

  • 30 ml PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE (2 parts)
  • 15 ml FRESH LIME JUICE (1 part)
  • 15 ml GINGER JUICE (1 part)
  • 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP (1 part)
  • 90 ml SPARKLING WATER (6 parts)

How to make it

  • 1 – Use the calculator below to easily determine how much of each ingredient you need for the number of servings you want to produce. The recipe above serves (1) one .
  • 2 – Press fresh lime and pink grapefruit juice and pass through a fine strainer or sieve to remove solids.
  • 3 – Carefully measure each of the first 4 ingredients(everything but the sparkling water) into a large, clean bowl or jug and mix well.
  • 4 – Now add the sparkling water to the mix as delicately as possible to avoid losing carbonation.
  • 5 – Gently pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle(s), close to retain carbonation and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
  • 6 – To serve, measure out 3 parts of the Indian Summer Mixer to 1 part of the chosen spirit into a tall glass.
  • 7 – Fill the glass with cubed ice, garnish and serve.
