A bright and refreshing cocktail that’s close enough to being a spritz that we’ve called it Spritz (ish). Fresh notes of apple, refreshing bubbles and aromatics from both the dashes of Angostura bitters and fresh mint create a perfectly light and delicate delivery system to enjoy the dry, smooth complexity, and gentle smoke of the Bacanora.
A simple and delicious cocktail to make, however, with so much variance of ingredients such as apple juice and sparkling wines, you may need to gently adjust the recipe to your perfect balance with a little squeeze of lemon or tip of sugar. Make sure your apple juice is of the highest quality. Rich and tasty juice that comes from apples being squeezed, not that awful thin brown stuff from concentrate!
Ingredients
- 30 ml KILINGA SILVESTRE BACANORA (1 part)
- 60 ml PRESSED APPLE JUICE (2 parts)
- 60 ml PROSECCO OR SPARKLING WINE (2 parts)
- 90 ml SPARKLING WATER (3 parts)

How to make it
- 1 – Add all ingredients to a wine glass
- 2 – Taste a add a little squeeze of lemon or a dash of sugar to taste if needed depending on the ingredients you’re using
- 3 – Add ice, mint, and a lemon slice
- 4 – Add a few dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 5 – Serve
