Peach Blow Fizz

As the name suggests, this recipe is made with peaches, but it can also be made with strawberries too, which for many is a far easier fruit to get hold of.

  • 60 ml GIN (2 parts)
  • 20 ml LIME JUICE (2/3 part)
  • 15 HEAVY CREAM (1/2 part)
  • 10 ml SUGAR SYRUP (1/3 part)
  • 60 ml COLD SPARKLING WATER (2 parts)

How to make it

  • 1 – Add all ingredients except for the sparkling water and cream to a cocktail shaker and blend very smooth with a stick blender (you can also use a countertop blender, nutri bullet or simply crush the fruit smooth with a muddler)
  • 2 – Add cream and cubed ice to the now smooth mix in the shaker and shake hard.
  • 3 – Add half the sparkling water to a large highball glass, then strain the mixture into the glass before adding the other half of the sparkling water on top. Fill with ice, or keep the ice out and serve in a tall narrow glass.
