This follows on the back of a modern trend of ‘Pink’ gin. Gins that have been sweetened and flavoured with red berries such as strawberries. This version allows you to use your favourite gin, or even vodka, to create you preferred version of this recipe.
Ingredients
- 45 ml GIN (1 part)
- 135 ml TONIC WATER (3 parts)
- 10 – 15 ml STRAWBERRY INFUSED ANGOSTURA (1/3 part) ADD BITTERS TO TASTE
How to make it
- 1 – Add all ingredients to a tall glass.
- NB. If you want an even distribution of the infused bitters throughout the drink, add them to the glass when adding the rest of the ingredients. For a more dramatic visual effect, add after garnishing and watch it beautifully lace down the glass.
- 2 – Fill with ice.
- 3 – Garnish with a wheel of lemon and a slice of strawberry.
