Tinto de Verano

Once the sun starts warming things up in Spain, the Tinto de Verano starts flowing. It’s also very easy to make: red wine, lemon soda or sparkling water, a slice of lemon and orange and that’s it.

  • 90 ml RED WINE (1 part)
  • 90 ml SPARKLING WATER or LEMON SODA (1 part)

How to make it

  • 1 – Add ingredients to a wine glass or Highball.
  • 2 – Fill with cubed Ice above the level of the liquid.
  • 3 – Slide in a wheel of lemon and a slice of orange, then serve.
