We wrote this Verde Collins cocktail recipe to perfectly match the fresh green and mineral notes of Kilinga Bacanora Silvestre. Fresh cucumber, citrus, green chili and sea salt, these ingredients create an incredibly light, bright, and refreshing way to enjoy this vibrant Bacanora from Sonora.

Shake

 

Ingredients 

  • 60 ml KILINGA SILVESTRE (2 parts)
  • 22.5 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE (3/4 part)
  • 10 ml SUGAR SYRUP (1/3 part)
  • 60 g FRESH CUCUMBER (2 parts)
  • 1-3 Slices FRESH GREEN JALAPEŇO
  • 1 Pinch SEA SALT
  • 60 ml SPARKLING WATER (2 parts)

How to make it

  • 1 – Add cucumber and salt to a cocktail shaker then crush into a pulp with a muddler
  • 2 – Add all other ingredients to the shaker except for the sparkling water
  • 3 - Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard, then fine strain into a tall glass
  • 4 - Add sparkling water then fill the glass with ice, garnish and serve
